Meet the Staff

After graduating from Multnomah Bible College (Now Multnomah University) in Portland, Oregon, with a BA in Bible and Theology as well as Biblical Languages, he went on to complete a three-year Masters of Divinity degree at Multnomah Biblical Seminary. A year later, Brian was ordained at Overlake Christian Church in Seattle, Washington.

In 2003, Brian and his wife Kellie moved to Scotland to plant Re:Hope Church which has grown to be a multi-site church in the greater Glasgow/Paisley region. As Re:Hope Church’s Sr. Pastor, Brian exudes a passion for the Bible and prayer and has had cover-to-cover Bible reading as a central emphasis in the church's ministry since it began. He has read the Bible cover-to-cover between 1 ½ and 2 times a year since 2003.

Brian is an excellent Bible teacher and preacher with an exceptional passion for Old Testament Narrative Literature, Biblical Archeology, and Biblical Geography. Just for fun during his Sabbatical in 2020, Brian audited a course at Jerusalem University College on the Historical and Geographical Settings of the Bible.

Fiona Keatings

After graduating from Strathclyde University with a masters degree in chemistry, Fiona joined Youth With a Mission (YWAM). She completed a Discipleship Training School and went on to do and staff the School of Biblical Studies. Here she was trained in the Inductive Bible Study Method and has been teaching the Bible through this method both throughout Scotland and internationally for the past four years.

Over the past year she has also learnt and taught a method of Bible meditation where stories from the Bible are internalised to the point of memory.

Having also qualified as a high school chemistry teacher, Fiona is an experienced and passionate teacher with a desire to see people hungry and equipped in how to read, study and experience the Word of God.

After Graduating during the global pandemic, Emma joined Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in Kona, Hawaii. She spend 4 years with YWAM, completing The School of Biblical Studies and spending two years on staff. During this time, she learned the Inductive Bible Study Method and was given opportunities to teach in various schools in Kona and lead missions teams around the world.

Emma is passionate about equipping the church in biblical literacy with the goal of sending missionaries into the nations to pass on their knowledge, training missionaries, and encouraging believers.

Desiring to continue to grow in biblical knowledge, Emma has decided to further her education by jumping into Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary to get her MA in Theological Studies with a focus on the New Testament.
